ICT and FT Line

Challenge: Automate the Interface Connection Test and Function Test for electronic boards.
Solution: The process is executed automatically through a robotized transfer line, marking compliant elements as verified and rejecting non-conforming ones for review.
Result: Product quality and functionality validation for integration into household appliances, in a high-capacity continuous process without human labor.

Impulse / Chewing Gum Jar Filling

Filling Gum Balls

Challenge: Achieve 108 jars per minute with precision and reliability, maintaining exactly five gum balls per jar, one of each color.
Solution: A vibratory hopper feeds a screw conveyor that transports one gum per position and discharges onto an indexed belt below — one ball per position — repeatedly in five stations. Various manipulators and tools are incorporated for capping, verification, transfer, and labeling of the jars.
Result: Automation of a repetitive process ensuring accurate counting and filling order.

Leisure and Entertainment / Spider

Engineering in Every Sense

Challenge: Bring the potential of engineering to unique sensory experiences in the leisure industry.
Solution: Mechanical spiders for amusement parks. Dynamic and kinetic simulators (braking/acceleration) synchronized with audiovisual content: stormy ships, flying carpets over Baghdad, animals replicating real behavior, movement, and sound. In educational environments, interactive museum panels combine physical, audiovisual, sound, and olfactory experiences.
Result: Enhancement of unique, immersive experiences.

Transport / Hydrotransport

Long-Distance Hydrotransport

Challenge: Move tons of vegetables per hour quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Solution: Product absorption and transport through water using a high-performance pumping system with controlled flow and subsequent draining.
Result: Long-distance product transfer minimizing friction and mechanical damage at a reduced cost.

Artificial Vision / Leaf Vision and Cutting for Foliaceous or Pedunculated Products

Autonomous Strawberry Leaf Cutting

Challenge: Dose strawberries individually and cut and separate their leaves using artificial vision and mechatronic elements without human intervention.
Solution: System for separation and aligned dosing of individual fruits, integrated into a recognition system via artificial vision and coordinate-based cutting, with a final subproduct separation system.
Result: Ability to cut and separate strawberry leaves at high speed autonomously with minimal waste.

Pharmacy / Complete Medicine Line

Integrated Medication Manufacturing Line

Challenge: Precisely dose weight, reject defects, attach pill to stick, and package.
Solution: Exact dosing system, quality check (with rejection option), labeling, pneumatic transport, autonomous load transfer, robotic unloading, and blister packaging.
Result: Autonomous line for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Broccoli Harvesting Equipment

Challenge: Automate the only remaining labor-intensive task in broccoli cultivation.
Solution: Autonomous broccoli harvesting system attachable to a standard tractor.
Result: Ability to automate and maximize efficiency in broccoli cultivation from a comprehensive perspective (agro–industry–consumption).

Ai & Learning / Identification and Action

Product Identification, Handling, and Differentiated Cutting

Challenge: Handle, cut, and process lettuces of different morphologies and varieties — round, elongated, loose, small, or large.
Solution: System combining adaptable product clamping, artificial vision with AI layers trained on image databases via machine learning to identify varieties, and execution of customized cuts for salad preparation.
Result: Ability to automate multi-product salad preparation lines with different lettuce types.

Heat / Continuous Heat

Continuous Cooking of Snack-Type Potato Chips

Challenge: Fry potato chips continuously, controlling temperature and heating curves up to 170°C.
Solution: Continuous frying tunnel with temperature control and oil recirculation, integrated into the full process to ensure optimal product quality.
Result: Continuous high-quality process for washing, starch removal, and frying of snack-type chips.

Packaging / Jar Decorator

Jar Decoration

Challenge: Give jars containing various products a premium, personalized appearance.
Solution: Integration of an elastic band-tying system and coordinated placement of fabric or paper covers tied with a ribbon.
Result: Ability to deliver a product with distinctive, high-quality packaging.

Packaging / Doy-Pack

Versatile Doy-Pack Bag Filling

Challenge: Develop a versatile machine for filling Doy-Pack bags with powders, liquids, or pastes.
Solution: Creation of a medium-speed, flexible system capable of filling Doy-Pack bags with various products.
Result: Versatile equipment for Doy-Pack filling applications.

Fishing / Cleaning of Bone and Viscera

Automatic Squid Cleaning Equipment

Challenge: Machine-clean squid by removing the main quill and viscera.
Solution: Indexed feed system over a specialized rotating tool that, through friction and suction, cleans the interior without damaging product quality.
Result: Automation of a traditionally outsourced process due to its difficulty, improving efficiency and working conditions.
